I am a mom of two crazy kids, wife to a first responder, and zookeeper of the home. I love coffee, staying active, eating good food and spending time with good company. I am a mom who lived years of her life in a constant state of cortisol overdose with the record playing over and over in my head “I can’t keep doing this, I CAN NOT keep doing this.” The exhaustion paired with sleepless nights and event resentment for my Christmas tree (yes, one more thing to take care of) signaled to me that it was time to make some shifts. So I took a deep dive at my life, values and priorities. I want to help you do the same.

The weight of daily responsibilities can often feel overwhelming. The endless to-do lists, the constant juggling of schedules, and the emotional rollercoaster of raising children can leave even the most organized feeling exhausted and lost. For years, I found myself caught in a cycle of stress and chaos, wondering if I would ever feel enough for my family, enough for myself and enough to manage the constant demands of daily life.

Recovery from overwhelm doesn’t mean perfection; it’s about finding balance and learning to embrace the beauty of imperfection. It’s about allowing myself to take breaks, ask for help, and trust that I’m doing my best. I’ve realized that taking care of myself isn’t selfish—it’s essential. Only when I nurture my own needs can I be the mother I want to be.

If my story resonates with you, there is so much hope! For parents, I can help rebuild confidence in yourself, strengthen family dynamics, and restore balance and connection. Using attachment based strategies, my goal is to help you access your sturdy leadership. Sometimes it gets buried in the trenches, let’s uncover it together.

For teens, I provide a safe, nonjudgemental space to explore the pressures of growing up, to grapple with the complexities of identity, and to better understand themselves and their needs (hello boundary setting!).

If you want to find relief, send me a message. We can take the first step towards growth and healing. Let’s carve out the time & space so that you can be the parent that you want to be.

Hi, I am Lindsey.
